The Amber State
Warm materials. Precise proportions. Miami light.
Built Around Light.
Designed for Life.
Miami's light is unlike any other. Amber in the morning, gold at noon, copper at dusk. The Amber State was designed from the inside out around that light — every window placed to capture a specific hour, every interior surface selected to respond to it. The result is a home that is never the same twice and always exactly right.
Warm-toned natural stone, hand-selected hardwood, and matte metal hardware create a palette that reads as rich without heaviness. The volumes are generous but never cavernous. The ceilings are high but human. Every decision was made with the same question: does this make the space feel better to be in? If the answer was not an immediate yes, it was reconsidered.
There is a category of home that stops being a building and becomes an experience. You feel it the moment you walk in — a sense that this space was made for living in, not for looking at. The Amber State belongs to that category. Come and see it for yourself, and you will understand immediately what Esquema Builders means by intention.
The Amber State
in Every Light
Three Principles Behind
The Amber State
Light-Led Design
Every room oriented and detailed around Miami's specific light quality at different hours of the day. The home performs beautifully from sunrise to sunset.
Warm Material Palette
Natural stone, hardwood, and warm-toned metals selected as a unified system — not individual choices. Every finish in dialogue with every other.
Human Proportions
Generous without excess. High without echoing. Every volume sized to feel exactly right for the life being lived inside it.
The Amber State Is What
Intention Looks Like.
Every Esquema project begins with a conversation about how you want to live — not what floor plan you want to copy. If you have a site in Miami or across South Florida, we will design and build something as specific and considered as this. Tell us where to start.
